New Jersey Environmental Justice Alliance

Director of Policy 

• Serve on the N.J. Governor’s Plastics Advisory Council and as the Chair of the Legislative Committee;

• Serve on the Building Equity and Alignment Grant Review Committee;

• Track and respond to policy at all levels of governance; provide educational meetings and materials for elected and appointed officials; submit written and verbal public comment during rule-making, public comment, and departmental plan periods; 

• Develop and run policy campaigns including work for the N.J. Clean Energy Standard and opposing the MACH-2 Hydrogen Hub

• Oversee policy coordination, both with teammates and interns as well as external allies, key partners, and collaborators;

• Prepare and publish monthly policy-focused newsletters.
